We are universal observers.  On a daily basis, we not only have the ability to observe each event in our life as it unfolds, but to assign meaning to it.  The Law of Supreme Influence, Perception is Projection, presupposes a tendency to observe events through mental filters and sensory lenses, colored by previous experiences.  In being consciously aware of this process, we create the opportunity to choose which experiences to build on, and which to let go.

Effective communication is more than just saying what is on your mind.  Effective communication bridges worlds!  It requires active expression, listening, information processing, flexibility, and awareness.  Communication is most effective when two people seamlessly align and become one in mind.

A study performed by George Miller revealed that we can only do about seven things at a time, plus or minus two, based on our capabilities.  Consciously, you can only do somewhere between five and nine things at any given time.  Thus on a daily basis, you operate on automatic pilot at some point.

Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”  People often look outside of themselves for reasons why they are not achieving their desired results or living their life by design.  But in order to find the true source, one need only look inside.  The law of attraction, one of the fundamental aspects to living a life by design, explains that everything that is created in the outside world is the result of what takes place internally.  Being the change you wish to see in the world starts with taking full responsibility for everything that is happening in your life.

When our mind, language, focus, values, identity and physiology are in alignment creating our highest self, the Universe becomes an ocean, full of life, limitless and powerful. You can then see the abundant Universe and utilize the gifts around you for the success of your life as well as the lives of others.

A good leader influences almost effortlessly through their beliefs, ethics, values, character, knowledge, and skill.  An effective leader is not superior.  Leading means creating a vision and communicating, guiding, training, coaching and motivating others to work effectively to achieve a common goal.
