What practices do you have to support you in integrating valuable life lessons while consciously and gracefully moving through the most challenging moments of your life? I’ve found that in the absence of a consistent PRACTICE, it’s easy to get sidetracked and knocked off center. It’s much easier to remain clear, strong, focused and present when you practice a daily discipline. Mantra is one practice that supports me in elevating my life!

But carrying the burden of the past only recreates the cycles of suffering that keep people stuck in old patterns that no longer serve them. You have the power to free yourself from the draining, damaging and deadly hold of old wounds and emotional baggage by choosing forgiveness. Forgiveness is the choice to let go and be free of the past, which creates the space to be fully conscious in the present moment.
