Is there something in your past that you haven’t fully let go, or don’t know how to let go of?  At some point, we’ve all experienced hurt, pain, disappointment or betrayal.  But carrying the burden of the past only recreates the cycles of suffering that keep people stuck in old patterns that no longer serve them.  You have the power to free yourself from the draining, damaging and deadly hold of old wounds and emotional baggage by choosing forgiveness.  Forgiveness is the choice to let go and be free of the past, which creates the space to be fully conscious in the present moment.
