How can you communicate your vision into reality?  In this interactive and empowering session, Niurka will introduce Supreme Influence, a discipline that guides you to harness your greatest wisdom and power to create tangible results in business and life; so even in the midst of great challenges, you can communicate your vision into reality. Rather than coasting the waves of change and allowing the tide to drag you where it will – you can declare your intention and manifest your vision.

Ahhhh….

We just returned from three magnificent days of the Goddess Garden and I am basking in the delicious afterglow.

Wow, what a journey.

We explored the dark lunar realms and unearthed the sticky, gritty limitations to self-love, then burned away those barriers forever.  We pulsed to the rhythm of love, knowingness and bliss, and bathed in the warmth of unconditional love and acceptance.  We explored archetypes and expanded our spectrum to be any and all of it – whatever we choose in the moment.  We liberated our sensuality and feasted in decadence and delight.  Will a strawberry ever taste the same?

We giggled, we wept, we shared, and in sacred sisterhood, we met ourselves in the reflection of each other.  We created the space to carry our own divine Goddess nature into the world, to shine our light and share our presence with our men, women, children and world.  How blessed are we to carry this wisdom into our families, businesses, communities, cultures and world.

As the radiant Goddess, Priestess, Warrior, Lover, Maiden, Mother, Crone, you can be the woman whose example illuminates and inspires all.

And how perfect is it that today is the 100^th Anniversary of International Women’s Day?  Can you imagine a more perfect way to celebrate and empower women than by sharing the experience of the Goddess Garden with everyone?!

Here are a few powerful tools we shared this weekend.  These tools will support you in dropping in to your full expression of the Goddess over the next few days and weeks and months:

• Give yourself a salt bath and love yourself up!  Savor your body and open your senses.  Imagine a white light of love, knowingness and bliss pulsing throughout every cell in your being.
• Practice meditation.  You can ground yourself with a cord from your root chakra into the center of the Earth and imagine a big, gold sun of your own Divine essence pouring in through your crown chakra and filling you up with your own magnificence.
• Amplify your senses!  Any time you eat, take a moment to fully experience your food – the way it looks, the way it smells, the way it feels in your mouth and on your tongue, the way it tastes, the sound as you crunch or chew or swallow.
• Look deeply into someone’s eyes and let them know how much you love and appreciate them.  Drop in and be present.
• Play with the archetypes.  How does the Goddess Venus move her body?  How does the Empress hold herself?  What other archetypes will you choose to explore and expand in your own repertoire?  You may even want to play dress up and have fun exaggerating each archetype so you recognize the distinctions.  This allows you the awareness to fully own those attributes in a way that becomes natural to you.

As a result of the love, connection and bliss we experienced this weekend, I am deeply inspired to share the experience of Goddess Garden with even more glorious women!  I’m looking at my calendar to schedule the next one, so come join me.

How do you know when you’ve made a great decision? Do you know immediately, in the moment of decision, or do you know in time, when you see the results? One decision has the power to transform everything. So what would it be worth to consistently make conscious decisions with clarity, certainty and confidence, knowing that no matter the outcome, you’ve made the most powerful choice?

The quality of your life is a reflection of the quality of your decisions. Are you fully aware of the decisions you are making from moment to moment? It’s easy to make decisions on “autopilot,” choosing today the same as yesterday, out of habit or repetition, or based on what other people are saying or doing. If you drink coffee every morning, 364 days in a row, it’s extremely likely that you’ll choose a cup of coffee on the 365th day—even when you have infinite choice! (You could choose water, or tea, or juice, or nothing at all.) Small decisions like this add up over time and create your destiny. That’s why it’s so important to stay alert each time you make a decision—so you can choose wisely and purposefully.

Whenever I find myself faced with a decision, I ask myself three questions that guide me in making the highest choice for my life. You can apply these questions for all decisions, even the little ones.

The most powerful decisions are those you make when you are fully aware and choosing in alignment with your purpose and values. Not just for the biggest and most important decisions, but for all the choices you make in life. Here are the three questions I ask myself to guide me in choosing wisely:

1) Is it essential? By “essential,” I don’t mean “necessary” or “required.” I mean, is it of my essence? Is it in alignment with who I really am and what’s most important to me?

2) Will it elevate and uplift my life? By that I mean, does it empower and inspire me? Do I feel energized by it? Each decision you make will either advance you toward your ultimate vision or hold you back. When faced with a choice, consciously follow the path that will make you stronger, wiser, healthier and happier.

3) Having made the decision, how do I feel? Imagine yourself in the future looking back on now, having realized the successful outcome of your decision. Notice what you see, hear and feel. Try on all the possible scenarios by visualizing the result of your decision in your mind before you make the choice. If hindsight is 20/20, give yourself this gift in advance.

Asking these three questions will inspire meaningful decisions. Usually, people make decisions emotionally and then justify them logically. This process brings awareness to both the emotional and logical reasons so that you discover and pursue the greatest options in support of your ultimate vision.

Wholeheartedly commit to your decision. The Latin root of the word decision means “to cut off.” So a decision is the choice to cut off other possibilities and clearly focus your energy in one direction while remaining open to the infinite possibilities around you. Asking those three questions provides the clarity, certainty and confidence to make wise decisions based on who you are and what’s most important to you.
