Additional Considerations:

  • We highly encourage you to stay at the retreat center throughout the training. SIIA is an intensive course, and you will want to free yourself from any possible distractions so you can be fully immersed in the process.
  • Please come prepared for an intensive training! Course materials will be provided, though we recommend you bring personal writing materials (journals, pens, etc.) Please dress comfortably, as movement and participation will be expected.
  • Please do not make any other appointments or commitments during the training days. You will want to be with “you.”
  • We also ask that you refrain from any alcohol or stimulants during the training. These simple choices will allow you to receive maximum benefit and absorption of the teachings.

Joshua Tree Retreat Center housing is simple and comfortable. Heating and air in all rooms. Accommodations are all within easy walking distance to classrooms and dining. Each SIIA is a dynamic and interactive experience that brings together a unique group of people. Because Niurka maintains a commitment to each individual’s process, the schedule is fluid to accommodate Niurka’s intuitive sense of the needs of the group. Day 1 & 2: Living in the Power of Supreme Influence & NLP

On Day 1 & 2, you will learn the essential wisdom of Supreme Influence & NLP. These teachings introduce a powerful new paradigm – you will understand how you create your experience of reality and how you can purposefully shift any area of your life by elevating the quality of your thoughts. The first day provides a solid foundation for the next seven days to build and expand.

You will learn all of this and more…

  • How science confirms what the Great Spiritual Teachers and Enlightened Masters have said for centuries – that we live in a universe of infinite possibility which responds to the power of thought.
  • In a realm of infinite possibility, you can materialize anything you envision when you have inner alignment (your beliefs, values, identity & behavior are on the same page). Niurka will explain the scientific reasoning behind this premise (based on the most recent discoveries in Quantum Physics), and what this means for your life, now.

You will learn how to instantly access your old blocks and limitations and transmute them – and you will also learn how to support others in doing the same. You will understand how to use your brain for maximum results.

  • How to catch yourself acting from reactive consciousness and create the conditions for you to purposefully respond in creative consciousness.
  • Do you have dreams that seem to hold a message for you – but you just don’t get what that is? Niurka will walk you through a mind-boggling dream interpretation exercise that will help you understand precisely what your dreams mean, so that you can act on that information. You’ll begin to remember your dreams and take in their hidden messages so you won’t have to keep making the same mistakes over and over in your life.
  • Most everyone has at least one old limiting belief that weighs them down and keeps them stuck. Do you have limiting beliefs about money, sex, time, your self-worth or what’s possible? What if you had a way to free yourself from the tyranny of past beliefs that no longer serve you so you can be clear, capable and confident to achieve your ultimate vision? You will learn a specific process to switch all of your old limiting beliefs into new powerful beliefs that propel you in the direction of your dreams.
  • If you’ve ever heard a song on the radio that takes you back twenty years to a time and place with a special someone, you know how certain triggers can access the archives of your memory and bring up an intense emotional state. You will learn how to wipe out any painful emotions that come up with certain triggers from the past, and how to consciously create special triggers that stimulate empowering feelings and emotions. You no longer have to react blindly – instead you can purposefully choose your response.

What if we told you there was a way to know if someone was talking from actual experience or just making stuff up on the fly? Niurka will teach you a special technique cops use to step into someone’s mind and know if they’re telling it like it is or making up stories – just by watching the movement of their eyes.
  • Do you have any unpleasant thoughts or memories that you replay over and over? Do they keep you stuck in the past and unable to move on? Day 7: Alchemy & Transformation

On day 7 everything you learned in the previous 6 days will culminate into a total understanding of the process of transformation. Niurka will guide you through a detailed process to release any remaining past limitations and step into your power – forever.

Here’s just some of what you will learn on day 7:

  • What is it that really drives people to take action now? You will learn a ground-breaking way of communicating with someone that makes them inspired and empowered to SAY YES. You won’t learn this technique anywhere else on the planet – Niurka personally discovered it after years spent in sales, analyzing and synthesizing what compelled people to take action now.
  • Have you ever been the one who couldn’t say no to the sales person, even if you had no need and didn’t want the goods? Maybe you’ve fallen prey to buying way too many thin mints from that cute little Girl Scout? Or the juicer with a billion extra gadgets on that late night infomercial? What is it that induces you to buy, against your better judgment? Niurka will teach you the SIX Laws of Influence and how to be aware when they’re being used on you so you never have to be the sucker again.
  • Some of what Niurka will teach you is so POWERFUL and so INFLUENTIAL, that if it was used with shady intentions, it could be dangerous.
