Terms & Conditions

If prior to your event date, you wish to cancel an event transaction, you may do so without obligation by submitting to Niurka, Inc. a signed notice postmarked and mailed by the third business day after the original date of purchase to: Niurka, Inc. 34145 Pacific Coast Highway #340, Dana Point, CA 92629.  After the third business day, due to the nature of these programs, this agreement is non-refundable.  Dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice.  All event sales are final.

Transfers to a different date, location, or person must be made prior to the event date.  Transfers must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the date for which you registered to avoid additional charges.  Any transfers or changes within two weeks of the event date will be subject to a $50 processing fee.

Failure to attend an event without two (2) weeks prior notice will result in forfeiture of payments collected before the event.  Prior notice allows for a ticket name change or transfer to occur.

All event pricing includes event ticket or tuition cost only.  All food, travel, and accommodation costs are not included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by Niurka, Inc.

In the rare and unlikely event that after attending the entire Laws of Supreme Influence event from start to finish, a guest does not learn one idea that can transform his or her life, that guest will be eligible for a full refund by submitting to Niurka, Inc. a fully completed refund form, available at the event, along with all materials received, to a Sales Associate at the conclusion of the event.  Approved refunds will be processed within 6 – 8 weeks.

Web Purchases

Purchases may be made on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

For your protection, all orders placed through Niurka, Inc. and NiurkaInc.com are subject to a verification process to ensure authorized/valid credit card payment and to guard against fraudulent activity.  To do so, we may contact you via phone, email, or standard mail to verify or correct existing information such as "bill to" or "ship to" address, credit card information, or contact information.

To ensure order accuracy and to expedite the order process, we must be provided with a fully completed order form and the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card bank has on file.  Incorrect or missing information may cause a delay in processing time, receipt of your product, or receipt of information regarding your purchase.

Confirmation emails for events and product purchases may be received within 30-90 days after purchase. 

In stock items may take approximately 7-10 business days to process after verifying information and securing the payment process.  Arrival time is determined by method of shipping and local delivery guidelines.

We currently do not accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.  We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States.

We will never share email addresses with other companies without your permission.

Returns on Product Transactions

Niurka, Inc. provides an exchange only policy on all products.  An exchange may be made toward other products, events, or services within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Products cannot be exchanged beyond 30 days of the purchase date.  Due to the nature of some of our products, a product may be unavailable.  In this case, any amount paid to Niurka, Inc. for a product that is unavailable will be refunded.

Our secure servers will protect your information using the most advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Our Web site protects the security of personal information transmitted to us by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input during the transmission to us using a unique session key. These layers of privacy protection ensure that information cannot be viewed even if intercepted by unauthorized parties.
