Day 1: Tuning in to Your Essence

The quality of your relationships with others is directly proportionate to the quality of your relationship with YOURSELF; you can only be as intimate and connected with others as you can be with YOU. On Day 1 we explore how you see yourself and how you present yourself to the world, so you can create intimacy from within, because in any relationship, you bring yourself with you: if you want to change your relationships, it is essential to first begin with YOU. When you change, the world around you changes – You have that much power! So day 1 focuses on YOU: how you’ve been in relationships, and how you can create deep intimacy with you.

We will examine your current relationship with the most important things in your life: food, your body, sex, money, self-worth, purpose, etc… and you will learn insights and strategies to create even healthier and more fulfilling experiences in these areas.

Niurka illuminates sacred wisdom from many enlightened masters and great spiritual traditions, while guiding you to know thyself. You will contemplate two of the most fundamental questions: Who am I? And What’s most important to me? These questions lead to a deep understanding of the deepest aspects of your being that you bring to relationships.

On Day 1, we will:

We will guide you with specific tools and practices to deepen existing relationships and create sacred connections with new people in your life. Your lover, partner or spouse, parents, children, siblings, co-workers, friends, and people you have yet to meet will all experience the joy and freedom of knowing the REAL you, and they will also be inspired to reveal their deepest essence to you and share who they really are.

On Day 2, we will learn to:

• Heal painful, difficult or distant relationships and let go of grief, blame, resentment, revenge or sadness with a life-changing forgiveness process.
• Breathe life into stale relationships – renew the passion and attraction you felt when you first met by learning which buttons to push to drive your partner wild.
