This can be a destiny moment that elevates every area of your life. When you make a decision, the universe shows up to support you: in the time between now and when we meet again, you will likely notice that your transformation has already begun. Ok, now for the fun legal stuff. By saying yes to this journey, you are entering into a sacred agreement with yourself and with us. We’re here to support you.

Because of the unique nature of our courses, all sales are final. If in the rare and unlikely event you wish to cancel an event transaction prior to the course date, you may do so without obligation by submitting to Supreme Influence a signed notice postmarked and mailed by the third business day after the original date of purchase to:

After the third business day, we’re committed! And the agreement is non-refundable. Of course, if something major comes up and you cannot attend, we’ll hold your full credit and you can apply it to another course or product instead. Or you can transfer your registration to a different person as long as you give us (2) weeks notice, prior to the date for which you registered. After the course begins, no changes will be made.

We are so confident that you will find amazing value in our courses and will be completely satisfied, that from time to time, you will hear us offer a risk-free satisfaction guarantee! Now as with anything, every guarantee needs to be defined, and here are the guidelines for Niurka Inc.’s Guarantee Policy:

For our 1-3 day events, in order to be eligible for a refund, you must attend the entire event. Then, if at the end of the event, you feel that you have not received any value from the course, you must contact a Niurka Inc. representative before you leave so that you can fill out a ”Refund Request Form” letting us know what your specific reasons are for wanting a refund. Note: Refunds are approved at the event only and again, you must have attended the entire event. At your option, we will apply your investment to another Niurka Inc. event, or send you the agreed-upon refund amount.

For our 4-8 day events, in order to be eligible for a refund, you must attend the first half of the event. Then, if after attending the first half of the event, you feel that you have not received any value from the course, you must contact a Niurka Inc. representative at the end of the day considered to be the halfway point of the event, so that you can fill out a “Refund Request Form” letting us know what your specific reasons are for wanting a refund. Note: Refunds are approved at the event only and you must have attended the entire first half of the event. At your option, we will apply your investment to another Niurka Inc. event, or send you the agreed-upon refund amount.

We hope you understand that complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.

Also, dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. All event pricing includes course registration or tuition cost only. All food, travel, accommodation, and other costs are not included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by Supreme Influence. We’ll send you details and logistics about the course via email, so please ensure that information is correct.

Congratulations! We know you’ll love your purchase. If in the rare and unlikely event you listen to it in its entirety and don’t recognize the value in it, just let us know why within 30 days of your purchase by calling us at 866.656.1001 or emailing info@niurkainc.com. We’ll exchange it for a comparable product, or credit your investment to a future course or training. After 30 days, the product is yours to keep, no refunds or exchanges.
